Top 10 Most Popular and Hottest UFC Octagon Girls

In some parts of the world, walk on and grid girls are starting to be frowned upon, but we can be thankful that the world of MMA has taken a different approach. In all honesty, the role of an Octagon Girl is more about glamour than functionality but they do play their part in any successful UFC event.

An octagon girl can also play an important role in ufc betting as we’ll now see.

Playing a Part

The prime role of the octagon girl or UFC ring girls is to walk on during round breaks and inform the watching public as to which round is coming up. They are hot and glamorous and it’s fair to say that few fight fans will be paying attention to the card they are holding but in a fast and furious battle it can be easy to lose track of time and forget which round we are actually in. That’s not something you want to do if you’re getting involved with live mma betting so there is a function to be met here.

That’s essentially their role and over the years, some girls have made more of a mark than others. Here, then, is our list of the best octagon girls of all time.

Arianny Celeste

What is MMA, without MMA ring girls? The sport wouldn’t be the same without them and Arianny Celeste is one of the best. While she has achieved much in a long modelling career, Celeste is best known for her work in the UFC championship where she helps the audience, and the MMA betting community to identify which round we’re actually in.

She’s also one of the more established faces on the circuit, having made her UFC debut in 2006 and clearly she made a quick impression as Fighter’s Only Magazine declared Celeste to be the Ring Girl of the Year just a few months later.

In more than ten years that have followed, several further awards have come her way and in that time her career has diversified. TV hosting and other modelling work have landed but Arianny Celeste will always be known as one of the best Octagon Girls to have graced the sport.

Carly Baker

Carly Baker is one of the few British octagon girls to be involved with the sport and she’s been welcomed by north american fans since first crossing into the world of MMA. TV viewers in the UK may know Baker as the face of many advertisements for the Coral sportsbook but now she’s promoting ufc betting in a very different way.

Baker has enjoyed other TV and modelling work but there’s much more to her career. She’s even worked as a songwriter and has contributed lyrics to releases by Kasabian and Gary Barlow. She’s a busy person but we hope Carly Baker has plenty of space in her diary to continue her great work as a UFC Octagon Girl.

Brittney Palmer

Here we have another experienced and multi award winning octagon girl and Brittney Palmer has become one of the most familiar faces on the UFC circuit. Palmer has been holding up the cards and helping with our mma betting for many years and among her more notable achievements, she’s claimed the prestigious Ring Girl of the Year trophy at the MMA awards for two years running – in 2012 and 2013.

What is mma without Brittney Palmer? She’s devoted most of her career to the octagon and in the present day it’s tough to imagine the sport without her.

Summer Daniels

Before she joined Bellator MMA in 2015, Summer Daniels had enjoyed a successful career as an actress and during her time behind the camera she’s appeared in some raunchy titles. It would therefore be fair to say that many viewers were already familiar with her work when she first stepped into the octagon.

In over three years inside the sport, she’s become one of the most popular ring girls out there and while she already had a big following, Daniels’ work with Bellator has helped to boost her following quite considerably. She’s also worked in the UFC in her time and while she continues to balance a busy working life, we’re grateful that she’s chosen to perform inside the octagon when her schedule allows.

Logan Stanton

Sadly, Logan Stanton is no longer active as an Octagon girl and that’s a shame as she was one of the originals and the best. In a long career, she was a familiar face both at weigh ins and in the ring, shaking that card and helping ufc betting punters to remember where they actually were in the fight.

Stanton was, along with the likes of Arianny Celeste and Brittney Palmer, one of the first ring girls to become a personality in her own right, outside of the sport. It helped that she enjoyed a career as an actress and model too but we will never forget the work she did to bring MMA to a wider audience.

Jhenny Andrade

One of the prettiest girls to ever enter the Octagon, Jhenny Andrade was named UFC’s Ring Girl of the Year a few years back. She was also part of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World list 6 times which speaks volumes about her beauty.

Born in Sao Paulo, Andrade was a columnist for VIP magazine for 7 years when she wasn’t winning beauty pageants left and right. UFC fans may remember her for appearing alongside Casper Van Dien at the 2017 MMA awards.

It’s tough to imagine the Octagon without Jhenny Andrade, but unfortunately, she will be taking some time off soon after announcing her pregnancy earlier this year.

Vanessa Hanson

Vanessa Hanson

Originally a model before moving to the Octagon, Vanessa Hanson made her name in 2011 when she saw a US Open booth looking for female models on a beach. After winning the contest it was time for her big break as an Octagon girl in October the same year.

Hanson initially planned to get a degree in psychology, but her good looks got in the way of that. A model with over 200,000 followers on Twitter and even more on Instagram, her popularity has inspired her to create a separate Instagram profile where she shares her love for food.

When she’s not parading in the Octagon, Hanson relaxes with yoga and pilates. We hope that she graces the Octagon for years to come.

Red Dela Cruz

Growing up in the Phillipines, Red Dela Cruz was dreaming of becoming a model or a beauty queen. After winning the UFC Octagon Girl Search in Asia in 2015, she quickly became one of the most popular Octagon Girls in the region.

When not working as a UFC girl, Dela Cruz works at a data company in Sidney, Australia where she currently resides with her partner, businessman Joey Bacic.

She was listed as one of the world’s sexiest women by FHM, and Dela Cruz has been delighted to work with many of the superstars of the UFC. She has huge follower bases both on Instagram and Facebook.

Luciana Andrade

She frequently appears in UFC events across the United States, Latin America and EMEA. She studied law both in Brazil and the US.

Andrade has more than 300,000 enthusiastic followers on Instagram.

Working alongside model, UFC Octagon girl Vanessa Hanson, Chrissy Blair has been one of the most popular ring-girls of the sport.

Blair has done many campaigns for GUESS, Sports Illustrated, Maxim and other magazines. She co-founded an all-natural protein and beauty supplement bar company called Kalumi.

Formerly worked as a Strikeforce ring card girl, too, together with fellow UFC Octagon girl Vanessa Hanson.
